PROJECT 2: SITE ANALYSIS JALAN PANGGONG, KUALA LUMPUR. 

Located in the centre of the urban region of Kuala Lumpur. Lot 20000 is a piece of land that is next to Jalan Panggong and Jalan Tun H.S. Lee. It is presently used as a small temporary police officer parking area and as private vacant land. Within walking distance lots to the site were shophouses and other buildings located on Jalan Panggong and Jalan Sultan.   The area around the site has significant cultural and historical value. The proposed land had a buildable area of 3728.03 SQM after the setback, in contrast with the plot of land's total area of 5449.42 SQM (1.35 acres). The proposed site was given a plot ratio of 1:6+0.5 (TOD), meaning that about 50138.14 sqm could be built on this lot, according to the local authority, DBKL.
